Principal:
Ms. Draper is responsible for overseeing all academic activities and operations at Billie Martinez. She manages teachers and staff, sets goals, ensures rules are followed and works to create a safe and effective learning environment for all students.
Assistant Principal:
Miss Lucero supports the principal in managing the school's daily operations. She helps oversee staff, handles student discipline, and assists in creating a positive and effective learning environment.
Office Manager:
Mrs. Cruz manages the school. She works on the school budget, oversees support staff, manages office supplies, orders supplies for the school and teachers, and helps to maintain a good work environment. I work with parents to ensure the success of our students!
School Secretary:
Miss Dulce manages the front office. She greets visitors, answers phone calls, and maintains student records. She is in charge of student attendance and calls families if a student is absent.
Parent and Family Advocate:
Mrs. Maria helps families by providing resources, guidance, and assistance with the educational system. She works to make sure that parents' voices are heard and that students receive the support to succeed academically and emotionally.
School Nurse:
The school nurse provides medical care and administers medication within the school. She responds to medical emergencies and ensures a safe and healthy school environment. She is a licensed nurse and supports our health clerk. She trains staff the health clerk in giving medicine. The school nurse works in many schools.
Health Clerk:
The health clerk helps the school nurse by giving medicine, helping students if they feel sick, and providing first-aid if needed throughout the day. She maintained health records and documents when medicine was given to students.
Instructional Coach:
Mrs Strough supports teachers by providing professional development, sharing strategies, and giving feedback to help with classroom instruction. She works with teachers to improve student learning and helps implement new techniques.
